may be a drug or from which a drug is often derived.
Isomerization devices for
increasing the potency of any species of plant which may be a drug or testing
equipment for identifying, or in analyzing the strength, effectiveness, or
purity of, illegal drugs. Objects for ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise
introducing cannabis, cocaine, hashish, hashish oil, or laughing gas into the
physical body, like bongs, roach clips, various pipes, or many other sorts of
objects.
There are multiple crimes listed
under Florida Statute § 893.147 that an individual could also be charged with
concerning paraphernalia. These include:Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- it's a first-degree misdemeanor for a person to use or cannabis packaging equipment with the intent to use paraphernalia.
Manufacture or Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia - it's a third-degree felony for
a person to deliver, possess with intent to deliver or manufacture with intent
to deliver paraphernalia.
